Sunday, November 8, 2015 - Delightful. Nose full of taxidermy and smoke with some floral undertones. Palate showing both reserved black and bright red fruits, olives, black pepper, and earth to go with fresh acid and tannic backbone. But don't get me wrong this is ready for a fresh old world syrah. Really good stuff, no rush.
