Friday, October 18, 2013 - Surprisingly light yellow in color--if judging exclusively on color I'd have said it wasn't a Coenobium. Disappointingly muted bouquet and thin palate. I detected a slight whiff of vinegar. I kept going to the glass expecting more, but each time I did I was reminded of Welch's White Grape Juice in smell, taste, and mouthfeel. Overall this was an unimpressive bottle of wine, and based on my experience with the producer and wine I'm calling this a flawed bottle. Not rated.
