Monday, March 11, 2013 - PNP. Color dark straw. Nose shows fresh apple and minerality. Swishing shows surprising acid structure for a central coast estate wine that lends to a mineral laden lengthy finish. Sipping lets the fruit shine a little but the structure predominates. Nice because it is neither over ripe nor over oaked. pretty good stuff
