Monday, June 21, 2010 - Deep garnet red. Plum and cherry cordial are complexed with a note of mint. Cough drop and a slightly bretty note add some volatility. The palate is deep on entry with fresh acidity, the texture is a bit tight yet and somewhat rustic.
