Tuesday, December 1, 2015 - Light gold in color. Honey and white flowers on the nose. Every time I have this, I wonder is the sweetness will decrease; to me a little cloying and too sweet. Overall, good acid but not balanced compared to other 2001 Sauternes - to me, just too much
