Thursday, November 15, 2012 - Open about a day, this kind of wine goes down easy. This time, pours dark, inky. Coffee, dark berry, tar, grapefruit and a smooth texture finishing with a bit of chocolate. This bottle seems quite ready to go and I don't see this wine now being a long ager but it is damn good and squarely in the camp of syrah that goes great on a cool, fall evening.
