Saturday, January 10, 2015 - Some Syrahs on a Saturday afternoon (Loretta Paganini School fo Cooking): This is starting to show some age. The nose has minerals and some very slight fruit to it. Nothing like this had in its youth. Slightly oily texture. Complex and interesting. Mineral driven. I would be drinking these up soon though.
