Monday, February 16, 2015 - Back in the Willamette; 2/15/2015-2/20/2015 (Willamette Valley): Drank w/friends in Portland. For me champagne seems to come in maybe 2 tiers - there is the stuff that's really wonderful with the tiny little bubbles that remind one of cashmere and a great depth of flavor that evolves on the palette. Then there is everything else. This fell into the later category. Bubbles were fine, but didn't live up to the price point.
