Saturday, March 14, 2015 - Sent an email to Penfolds asking their advice on decanting this wine. They said to pop and pour. I did. I should have at least opened a bit early, as this improved through the course of the night. Eventually showing black fruits with some violet and florals. Lovely mouthfeel and finish.
