Wednesday, January 23, 2013 - A little more reticent both on the nose and palate than the previous bottle. Green apple, lime peel and unripe pineapple notes on the nose with a nice smoky aspect. Even though this is 14%, it shows a superb balance with a good acidity. Another bottle I really enjoyed even if this bottle seemed a little shut down.
