Wednesday, January 16, 2013 - Lemon curd, white vanilla, creme brûlée. Oak was sticking out awkwardly at first, but by Day 2 was better integrated. Better with food at this point, but should do well with 2 or 3 years of bottle age. Very rich palate with citrusy acidity cutting through. Would probably give this 92-93 with a bit more time.
