Thursday, January 31, 2013 - Tasting at The Watering Hole- Sandhi & other Terroir Selections (Los Olivos, CA): Light gold in the glass. Hints of creme fraiche & butter toffee, tropical fruit and melon charms the bouquet. Silky & bright palate with earth and mineral influence along with bright citrus & melon and hints of spice. Beautifully sleek on the palate with a full breathy finish. Outstanding.
