Sunday, June 28, 2015 - Right from the cellar this was very spicy with out a lot of fruit and I really wasn't enjoying it too much. But with a little air, some soft fruit emerged and balanced that spicy quality out. Feels bigger than the alcohol would indicate. I enjoyed the bottle last year better (more fruit than spice) but with air this is very enjoyable.
