Monday, July 2, 2012 - Tried in a restaurant in Rome, at a bit above ideal drinking temperature, as far as I can tell. Developed nicely over the course of the dinner with notes of spices and dark fruit with discreet barrique. Pleasantly mouthfilling, personally I would have liked even more persistence. I'd say this one could still have used a year or two in the cellar.
