Wednesday, May 20, 2015 - Creamy strawberry delight, balanced by vibrant acid, great length. Some intriguing greenness too, maybe celery. Earth. A strong showing by the Kanzler farm for sure. I could see aging another several years, but the alcohol level is concerning. There is a burn on the finish.
