Friday, May 1, 2015 - Two hour decant.
Medium opaque garnet centre.
French oak spice, bramble, forest floor, dusty spices. A wine I could sniff all night.
Cherry, strawberry, medium plus fruit, delicious, medium acidity develops through the mid palate to freshen the long strawberry finish. Mild chewy tannins permeate through the long finish. A young wine, wonderful pure fruit, much interest and a pleasure to drink.
