Tuesday, December 24, 2013 - A lot of apple aroma and flavor, accompanied by lemon and a hint of caramel. Finish is cleansing; the bead is quite fine, although not as persistent as one would expect were this a more expensive sparkler. A very, very good wine for the price. We drank before Christmas Eve dinner.
