Monday, April 27, 2015 - 13.5% abv. Dark crimson. A subtle earthy nose initially, developing into strawberries with baking spice. Hint of new oak. Relatively tannic, with a slightly sour finish. Vs a Drouhin Clos des Mouches, this came across as more refined and balanced.
