Thursday, April 9, 2015 - Slightly past its prime and not the greatest of vintages from these guys. Light lemon and yeast to the nose. Bright green apples up front with a slightly burnt caramel touch. Not bad but this brut is usually a lot more interesting. Stood up well to meatloaf.
