Wednesday, March 6, 2013 - Greenyellow color. Aromas of green apple, melon, pear, lemon and minerals. Taste of fresh fruits and minerals. Well balanced acidity. Served with crayfish with orange and coriander sauce. Delightful wine and good pairing.
