Sunday, May 11, 2014 - Colour: pale yellow with green nuances.
Nose: closed at first, and quite discrete throughout the evening, but eventually some grape, lemon and green apple appeared, and after a couple of hours a touch of sweeter yellow exotic fruit came forth.
Palate: mediumbodied, with a good acid. Notes of grape and lemon, and with a very good, long mineral finish. The wine is a bit short on fruit, but with such a sleek and long aftertaste full of elegant minerals, I don't mind. Very good indeed!
We had it with Shrimps in Tomatoes and feta cheese (with a fair amount of parsley and coriander). Good!
