Thursday, November 15, 2012 - Upper shoulder-level ullage bottle with a wine still showing a bright red colour. Upon opening, the bouquet was somewhat muted but over time, the aromas developed and started to show off a subtle but elegant, perfumed nose. On the palate, it was still fresh and quite delicious with mild complexity but relatively short. Certainly a pleasure of a wine to drink from this particular vintage.
