Wednesday, April 20, 2016 - This wine continues to evolve in bottle. All of the odd top notes that were so polarizing on release are long gone. Left behind is a polished, long lasting, smooth beauty that has a subtle Italian flair. Decanted overnight through happenstance, with no negative outcomes.
