Tuesday, January 7, 2014 - Champagne and Pinot Noir Tasting: Great nose featuring dark fruit and spice. Lighter on the palate than the '09 Swan Terrace, but with good flavor intensity and slightly more nuanced and elegant. Flavors of red fruit and mineral. Great finish.
