Monday, June 29, 2015 - stunning. ripe raspberry fruit, a nice touch of spice, and cool herbal notes that are kept in check by firm tannic structure and acid. very reminiscent of chambolle but very much its own wine. served with beef bourguignon after double decanting 5 hours prior.
