Saturday, August 29, 2015 - still lots of fruit and a bit of leather, but there is an off-putting bitterness in the back end. I don't see this as an age or storage issue. It just is fundamental to the wine. I don't expect that this will get better from here. I am using my remaining bottles for cooking. They will work well in that context as they did tonight when added to a heavy vegetable pasta sauce.
