Thursday, May 8, 2014 - This has evolved nicely since last year's tasting. Light straw, green hue. Slaty gooseberry, melon, and asparagus aromas with notes of green apples and limes. Good freshness, clarity, persistent minerality, and a crisp finish. Very nice.
