Sunday, May 25, 2014 - Fantastically complex, and much more evolved than the bottles we drank a year ago. The nose is less creamy, but shows a kaleidoscope of herbal nuance within the typical SB grassy notes. The finish is remarkable: I've never experienced a wine so dry that it just STOPS like this one. Very cool. Opened as an aperitif, we wished we'd had some ridiculous triple-creme type cheese to taste alongside. Drink soon.
