Wednesday, January 8, 2014 - This was a joy to taste in a blind champagne tasting among friends; nose bursting with cider, pear, citric and any number of fruit essences making up complex structure. Flower petals and some bread on the mouth, but subtle. Smooth, elegant and refreshing on the mouth. In a night that included a Krug and D. Perignon, this was my pick for WOTN.
