Monday, November 5, 2012 - WSET Level 2 Class 4 (BCIT Downtown Campus, Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind. Stelvin cap. Clear, pale lemon-green appearance. Nose is clean, with pronouced aromas of green apple, lime, flowers / lilac, hint of "grapiness", and a little smoke. Palette is off-dry, medium+ acidity, medium- body, with flavours of crisp citrus (lime) and some mineral tang. Finish is medium-. Good quality, refreshing.
