Saturday, March 17, 2012 - Wow. Lovely wine. Bricking at edges. Nuanced notes of loam, tobacco, cassis, lavender, sage. Gliding, red fruited, spicy palate. Really struck by the balance and elegance of the wine. Integrated, furry finish. Quintessential St. Julien. 11% abv.
