Friday, April 1, 1988 - Dark purple red. Deep somewhat backward bouquet with a lot of ripe black fruits, oak and sweetness. In the taste ther is a lot of good tannin, good acidity, a lot of black berry fruit and good oak. A firm, powerful and full bodied wine with also some sweetness. Long creamy and fruity aftertaste. Beautiful wine which has a good balance between power and refinement. Now already nice, but has a future of at least 3 – 5 years.
