Saturday, November 10, 2012 - Wine Seminar with Justin Baldwin of Justin Winery (Lincoln Park Binnys Tasting Room): Now we are talking. Justin knows their reds. Blackberry and black currant bright youthful fruit with a slight (and I must say pleasing) jam. American oak influence- some oak sweetness. Natural tannins, chalk and some vanilla. Wild berry? Great effort.
