Friday, May 22, 2015 - Deep rich color to the rim. Strong bold legs. Elegant and belies the 14.5 ABV. Silky smooth on the palate with dark chocolate, fruit and tobacco. Palate while big was not over bearing. Just a great pleasant wine with good full mouth feel and some oak. Balanced acidity and tannins.
