Sunday, December 28, 2008 - initially spicy alcohol, cherry cough syrup taste. After an hour, softened, much sweeter, warmer. Improved further over the next 24 hours. By 36 hours, it had become somewhat harsher again, more alcohol on the front. Remarkable, although not up to the standard of the wonderful 1977 Fonseca I had last week.
