Monday, May 25, 2015 - Clear, medium intensity ruby color.

The nose is developing with a medium aroma intensity. Aromas of fresh plums, cassis, oak, coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla, eucalyptus, fresh cut herbs and wet gravel.

Dry on the palate with a medium acidity, medium(+) body and medium tannins. The flavor intensity is medium with flavors of inky cassis, plums, oak, vanilla, coffee and herbs. The finish is medium(+) with cassis and eucalyptus.

This wine was a true surprise! It's in a really nice drinking phase right now. Open and enjoyable with lots of Aussie Cabiness! Margaret River is an area which one should pay more attention to!
