Tuesday, February 19, 2013 - Had this wine in a rabbit wine chiller so it got a very light cooling. Paired it with a lobster claw and lobster bisque dinner with smoked cheddar cheese on the side. Paired well with the lobster, went better with the smoked cheddar cheese. Wine needs another 2 years to take the edge off of the oak. Nice bright lemon yellow color, vanilla on the nose but still young. An excellent wine that will be even better in a couple of years!
