Saturday, April 25, 2015 - At about the right age for drinking I think, Noon wines seem to take an age to lose their initial muscle and brutish power. When they settle and mature, as this has, they become more nuanced and complex and develop more intricate flavours. This is also less full bodied than in its youth, although still possesses deep and concentrated fruit. Black cherries, kirsch, cloves and olives are in abundance, excellent length and a long finish. Has good bones to hold for some time but I quite like it in its current state.
