Wednesday, April 27, 2016 - Good, not great. Subtle for an Aussie Shiraz. Perfectly mature, I wouldn't wait. Yes, there are cork issues with this bottling. And Noon wines throw MASSIVE amounts of sediment. Decant, for sure.
