Friday, May 22, 2015 - This wine needs serious decanting- i should imagine anything under 7-8 hours would be an injustice. It also needs serious bottle age for the tannins to settle and polymerize. The next day it was soft and typical to the appellation. Just a lovely wine. I am glad i waited as on the first hour it scores in the low 80's, but given that time window it dastically improves and is really a delightful offering.
