Tuesday, November 27, 2012 - PnP, fairly disjointed combination of heavy oak and apple, honeydew, pear, etc. Paired with seafood cannelloni and didn't really have anything to add, nor did it improve with food. Will hold the other bottle for a year to see if it comes together.
