Wednesday, December 18, 2013 - Interesting. I don't drink many whites, so my experience is limited here. This wine matched very well with a savory kale/sausage/chickpea/butternut squash concoction with chicken stock and pecorino romano. The savory food seemed to bring out the nuances of the fruit. All by itself, after dinner, the wine seems to flatten out into a one-dimensional gulp.
