Thursday, June 2, 2016 - Opening up every year we drink this. Nice candied nose with red licorice, herbs, and spices. The palate is big, round, and vuluptous, with nice blackcurrant, black fruit, and savory notes. The finish is smoothing out, but still slightly hot. On the march towards peak in 3-5 years so still plenty of time.
