Saturday, February 6, 2016 - Clear, medium- golden color. Intense, fully developed nose, lots of aromas from spontaneous fermentation, green fruits, herbs.
Dry, at first a bit flat but the longer it stays on the palate it shows its real beauty with lots of pressure and a long finish. Quite untypical elegant and lean for the 2009 vintage. Will stay at this level for years and still might develop a bit.
