Friday, July 20, 2012 - Lovely, fully mature and silky-smooth PLL. Bricking at edges, great nose and wonderful taste with super soft tanins and sweet kiss following. Decanted only 45mins, after some air had that cherry taste of a Brunello, then with extended time in glass brought paulliac cedar and graphite. Became noticably more dense... If it puts on more weight in bottle, and fills out mid-palate, then this will be a 97pter. Aim for 2015-2020, else a 2-3hr decant now.
