Friday, May 1, 2015 - I really like this one from nose to finish. It's very fruit-forward and has a pleasant level of perceived "sweetness" all around, though its bone dry. I like the black berry tones in front, tempered by some nice licorice and hints of dried beef. Mouth is rich, round and supple. Finish brings in some nice herbal characteristics, but the fruit keeps it's place front and center.

I can enjoy this on its own or with food. Good stuff and just gave it about 1 hour decant. Enjoy for several more years at it seems youthful.
