Monday, June 29, 2015 - Slow ox'ed for 3 hours before drinking. Full bodied with a prominent tannic backbone. Still tastes very young and robust but is approachable with its intense cassis/blueberry liqueur flavours at the forefront. Medium-long finish. This is a well made wine. Can hold for 5-10 more years but providing pleasure already at this point.
