Saturday, April 11, 2015 - I opened this for a Prime Rib dinner with friends on 4/11/15. It had a deep, rich and beautifully expressive bouquet of black cherry, plum, violet, mocha and expresso aromas. The palate was rich, ripe and complex with flavors of black cherry, plum, mocha, cocoa and spice.
