Saturday, February 28, 2015 - A Matter of Taste: London Edition (Saatchi Gallery, Chelsea): Perfection on the nose, an absolutely flawless combination of restrained fruit, mild herbs and cut flowers. I could not look away. Amazingly approachable, powerful yet in perfect balance. Plums, soy, grippy tannins. Such a baby but it should not take long. Menthol, herbs and tar on the finish. Easily the WOTF.
