Thursday, June 18, 2015 - Has continued to improve since previous tasting a year ago. Similar experience, but wine has become even more open, with a touch more fruit (especially some pear that I had noticed last time). Even in its youth this wine didn't have the piercing acidity that I usually look for in a muscadet. But on the other hand, this is an incredibly well balanced wine with loads of minerality and an excellent finish.
